Help w/ allowing Java Script and uploading the right Adobe Acrobat for Myspace access

I'm new here, at will freely admit that I am somewhat computer illiterate.

I used to go over to MySpace to listen to music. All of a sudden, I began to get a message on the band's account page where the music player used to be that said I needed to download a new version of Adobe Acrobat (which I think I did) and then enable Java Script.

I have no idea how to do that. Can someone please walk me through that?
