Help! Stupid computer is automatically logging me out

I couldn't figure out why my iMac kept logging out, until I came back from the other room and saw this message pop up.

As you might be able to tell, I am a tad bit err, inept, with this new computer.

Please help, this thing is driving me insane!

Are you using the Keyboard Shortcut Shift-Command-Q to Quit Programs?

Choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click Security & Privacy, and then click General.
Open the General pane of Security & Privacy preferences

Click the lock icon to unlock it, and then type an administrator name and password.
Click Advanced.
Select “Log out after ... minutes of inactivity.”
Set the amount of time of inactivity before the system automatically logs out.
Disable this option.
