help on pop ups

coupon drop down is popping up everytime I open a tab, or scroll over a word.Thank you to any help

Check your add-ons and extensions in your browser, colled "torrent handler" and Such can cause this. If found deleted it.

it did, and now it is back again and it is not in my extensions anymore where I deleted it

you do realise that chrome is made by Google, an advertising company, their browser is meant to display adverts and share personal data.

I recommend Apples Safari.

I second this hint, but if you still wish to use Chrome maybe have a look here.

Also as a test disable all your add-on / extensions then reboot and see what happens.
