Help - my cat did something I can't fix

I left my laptop open today and when I got home I found that my cat had made herself comfortable on the keyboard and now their is this small black box with dialog of what I'm doing and the voice is turned on repeating what's in the box. I can't figure out what it is or how to turn it off. It is making me crazy!!! HELP

System Preferences > Accessibility > Voice Over (I think)

I don't see "accessibility" in my system pref. I'm on a mac book pro.

I was able to get rid of it from Voice Over Utility
