Help..!! Emails Not Showing Properly

Hello, My name is Douglas Alvarado and I am from France. Yesterday My Mac Mail didn't show Emails properly. Mac Mail show me...Fonts appear incorrectly, or emails don’t display as intended. What should I do? I need to access my emails properly. Can Somebody help me in this situation... I urgently access my mails in Mac Mail.

It will help if you can provide the exact Mac model you have. Anyway, from what you describe, it could simply be a problem with fonts not rendering properly, and can be fixed by clearing/resetting your font caches. I would recommend using onyX.app for this. You can download the free app from here:

You will need to select the version for your particular Mac model and version of macOS. I would run this utility from a Safe Boot. A more drastic step would be to reinstall macOS using Recovery. Good luck!

A simpler method, if you’re comfortable with Terminal.app, is to enter this code,

sudo atsutil databases -remove

Enter your admin password and then reboot the Mac. I also recommend doing this within Safe Boot. The advantage to using Onyx is the fact that it also performs a number of housecleaning tasks in the process.
