My Mac Mailbox was getting full so I decided it was time to export my emails. In doing so I created an .olm file and deleted every email in every folder.

I was able to open and import all the emails that had attachments, but if they did not have an attachment I cannot see the content of the email. This is in Outlook for Mac 2011, I can't get anything back in Mac Mail.

PLEASE HELP! Thank you!!!

I'm not sure if I understand 100% but if you use Time Machine you can open Mac Mail then enter Time Machine & browse backups to restore lost mail.
