Green flickering line on screen

[Hi There Everyone]

For some reason, there's a green flickering line (kind of like The Matrix) on the right side of my screen! Sometimes it's a full solid line, sometimes you can barely notice it aside from a few flickering things.

It wasn't here before (only when I woke up today). Please help!

Ensure you have it on the correct Monitor settings.

If it is still under AppleCare get to to a Apple Service Centre urgently.
