My daughter has to record and post a YouTube video for a college class. The video was a little over 10 min and it said it would take 400 minutes. Really. That is way too long, but we didn't know what else to do after a couple hours the computer froze at 30% loaded. We had to force shut down and now it won't fully reboot. All we get is a gray screen with gray apple. I have unplug all extra except keyboard. I have tried holding down various keys and occasionally I can get a hard drive icon with an arrow below it, but as soon as I click the arrow we go right to the gray screen with the gray apple. We really need to use the computer. I have also tried the install disk and the computer just spits it back out. Any help?
