Graphics freeze on old macbook

Model a1260 running macos el capitan with 4gb ram, the problem is that the animations are slow, the videos of youtube are slow, the videos in quicktime are also slow, As if drivers are missing.

The A1260 is a MacBook Pro (15-inch Early 2008).

Several things could cause the slowness you are experiencing:
-The general age of the MBP
-The older Intel Core 2 Duo processors and NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT can be slow with today's websites
-The maximum version of OS X is 10.11.6 El Capitan, which you are running
-The official max RAM is 4 GB
-Original drive is 250 GB - is it nearly full? How much free space is left?
-Older versions of Safari and other browsers have some compatibility issues with newer websites and Internet technologies
-Do you have any third-party utilities such as MacKeeper or antivirus running?
