Got an infection, doesnt delete

So here is a screenshot made after today's avast scan. Avast cannot delete them, what is the problem?

Does Avast Mac gives any special message as to why it is not deleting these files? Try to locate these files and try sending them to trash manually.

It says that only system can read these files...

Take a second option with SOPHOS for Mac which also an AV app.

Were you able to delete the files? If the system only has access you could delete them via Terminal.
