Github Multiple Installation

I just started using Mac and while installing Git I got confused with various option and hence installed that multiple times by mistake as in windows we can see Git in Application but on Mac I could not see that. Later I learn to open that through Terminal. However when I saw system information I found that four times GitHub is installed.

I want to know that did it really got installed four times and there are four separate instances of GitHub in system or is it that every time when I installed that again and again just previous instance was replaced with new one.

-Which version of OS X?
-Which section in System Information do you see that it is installed four times?
-If in the Software > Applications section, have you looked at the path they are installed in?
-In what manner did you install GitHub - via Terminal? If so, do you have a link to the install instructions you were using?
-Or, did you install the GitHub Desktop app multiple times?
