Getting my MAC up to date...

I've been traveling the past two years, and only used my Macbook Air during that period. Just pulled my desktop out of storage and getting everything set up. It's operating system is 10.5.8. Apple's support page isn't the best at telling me what exactly I need to update it to, or what I need to do for it... and I'm not cool with dropping $20 for something that will take them 30 seconds to explain.

Can anyone help me out with this and just inform me of what exactly I need to do in order to get my desktop current?

Apart from the combo update below can't think of any others for Leopard. Apps should take care of themselves just click software update from the Apple menu.
