Get Mail Dialogue Box

Whenever I boot up my MacBook Air, a small "Get Mail" dialogue box appears on my screen and I can't figure out how to get rid of it. Help!

-Which version of OS X?
-Do you have email accounts setup in the Mail app?
-Can you take a screenshot or photo, so we can see the actual dialog box?
