Get email address in Outlook Folder

Hi,
I have a couple of thousands of emails in an Outlook folder, each email contains emails in the body. What's the best way to process this folder, so each email is scanned for email address, an put this email address in a text file ?

So far i managed only to create a simple service which grabs the email address from a selected body inside a single email. But this approach means still a lot of work.

Is their any way to create an automator, so i can drop in a bunch of email and it's starting processing them ?
