I've been having a problem in the last few weeks with programs freezing for about 10+ seconds at a time.
Prior to this, I was running several programs with minimal problems (Photoshop, Lightroom, Safari). Once the problem started, I cleared out my caches, deleted unused files and programs, etc. This really did nothing, so I wiped and reformatted my drive three days ago. Since I've done this, the freeze problem has gotten even worse.
Any ideas what's going on? I understand freezes happen from time to time, but I can't go for more than twenty minutes without one happening.
