Hi there,

I don't know if I can explain this properly...

I have a macbook, one of the older white ones. I think it's from 2007. I have OSX 10.5.8

Basically, whenever I open a folder and click on a sub-folder, the screen scrolls across so now the sub-folder is on the far left and I can only view the sub-folder's contents, rather than just showing both.

In the past, it used to shift slightly but still allow me to see both screens. Obviously I have done something to mess it up, but I have no idea what or how to fix it!

Hope this has made sense.

There are many ways to change what you are viewing and how in Finder.

Work your way throughout the View Menu
