Finder blinking

So, the power went off yesterday. When it came back on, my Mac came back on, except not unscathed. Finder keeps bouncing in the Dock. My documents and pictures on the desktop keep blinking and the Finder keeps asking if I want to restore previous windows (with a yes and no option). Even if I click 'yes' or 'no', it will continue bringing the question window up. It also doesn't open. What to do?
