Hi,

I've followed all the online advice that Google shows me but my MacBook Air doesn't share it's location on Find My - on my iPhone it just shows "No Location Found" for it?

I have an early 2015 MacBook Air running macOS Monterey 12.7.5

What am I doing wrong or missing?

You may want to reset your SMC and the follow the directions at this page. https://support.apple.com/guide/findmy-mac/set-up-fmm53101237/1.0/mac/10.15

To reset the SMC on your MacBook Air:
  • Shut down the computer.
  • Plug in the MagSafe power adapter to a power source and to your computer.
  • On the built-in keyboard, press the (left side) Shift-Control-Option keys and the power button at the same time.
  • Release all the keys and the power button at the same time.
  • Press the power button to turn on the computer.
  • The LED should change color for a second when you reset the SMC.

Tried that, but no difference :(

Find My on the iPhone still shows "No Location Found" for the MacBook Air.

The MacBook Air definitely knows it's location as both Apple Maps and Google Maps show it correctly.

Have you checked if Find My Mac is enabled in the System Preferences under Apple ID > iCloud? Also, make sure your MacBook Air is connected to wifi and has Location Services turned on in the Privacy settings. Sometimes a simple restart can help sync everything up.
