Final Draft & Photoshop Not Work With 10.8.4 Update

I recently updated from 10.8.2 to 10.8.4 and now I'm having trouble with Photoshop & Final Draft. Any recommendations? Is there a way to un-install the latest Mac update?

PhotoShop stand alone is now an end of life product, I strongly recommend switching to a product like Pixelmator, or if you need PS advanced features CSS cloud version

Downgrading OSX is not a good idea and ensure you have a full working backup before you proceed. Once done you shouldn't browse the web as you have opened security holes.
