Hello there, any one in the know about why my files (when created or edited & saved) loose their crystal clear little thumbnail/icon which shows a tiny preview of it, & becomes a low grade pixelated version of the image or file, AND suddenly has a black border around it... desktop looks like hell on toast & am more concerned something's stopped functioning or files may stop working, they ARE working now... yikes. a tad bemused - any help much appreciated
