Facing difficulty to install pip on macboor pro

I have installed python on my Mac book pro and trying to install pip, but giving following message below

Any idea to fix this problem

Which version of macOS are you using? If it is an old version it could be that one of the root certificates in your keychain has expired.
I had this problem with SuperDuper updates.

Its version is 11.5.1. and this MacBook Pro is latest
