I'm trying to Facetime with someone on Monterey. It's not connecting. On their machine, in Facetime Preferences "You can be reached for Facetime at" is greyed out (with the right e-mail checked). Is that the problem? How do I fix?
My call to them IS listed when I manually open the Facetime app, and I can connect by hitting the camera icon there. But when I make a Facetime call to them it is SUPPOSED to present an acceptance button at upper right on the main screen, wherein the Facetime app is opened. That's not happening.
