Extracting data from URLs

Hi,
I am trying to extract data from my webpages.

The first page has a list of URLs (so I use Get Current Webpage, Get Link URLs from Webpages)
Then if I click on each link URL it expands to information that I want to copy.

How do I get automator to click on the list of URLs so it can Get Text from Webpages?

P.S- I guess it would also have to know to return to the main webpage with all URLS and then proceed to next URL on the list. How do I set that up?
