Error message from File Host site

Hi guys .
Been trying to download some promotional music sent to me thru my job position as a review er at a music magazine, I have an premier acc set up with Www.i-filez.com.
for the last week when ever i go to down load a file I'm getting a error message on the screen window from the site saying

Error:

You are trying to download from another IP address

i-filez.com.

This also applies when i try thru my iPad and fire Fox. Ive tried contacting the site but no reply yet . Im stumped as this is only happening with this site and not any other file storage site.

Did you try rebooting your modem/router?

yes I've pressed the reset button. Im gonna try also turning it off and on again.
