Error code DF: 20 XX: Temporary error.

Since updating to iOS 17.3, I've been encountering this error whenever someone tries to call me on my Airtel SIM. Oddly enough, I don't face this issue when I make outgoing calls—it's only incoming calls that are affected. This has become quite a headache. I've also updated to the latest iOS 17.5.1, but the problem persists. Can anyone help?

I have seen this listed on another forum where they had to get a new SIM card to resolve the error,
