Entourage: Exporting Categories

Hello
I'm new to this. I've got about 4000 contacts organised into categories in my address book. Every time I try to export them as a CSV file so I can use them in another application, it will only export the entire address book and not the categories. Can anyone out there help?

According to the help site for Entourage, you need to use an Apple script:
