Entourage attaching extra GHOST IMAGES?

HI ALL

I have a very strange problem ,

Whenever I attach an image file for ex : thebear.img

once the email is sent
to reciepient get the file
thebear.img and also some times up to three other files named Image.img
and these files are actually images that are in my library !

any ideaS?
help ?
