emails on mac

hello all, i am windows user but now i purchased macbook air, How could I got my all emails separately view able on my macbook (see in attached format of my windows), i need like this on my mac book.

-How are your email accounts setup in Outlook on the Windows PC - POP or IMAP?

It can be very difficult to migrate Outlook data from PC to Mac.

Are you using Outlook (as part of Office 2011) on your Mac? Also, what OS are you using on your Mac?

it looks like it is "easy" to "move" such information from Outlook on Windows to Outlook 2011 on a Mac.

For any other mail software on your Mac, not sure if it is "easy" and/or possible.
