How do i stop important emails going into the junk box instead of my in box.

Hi,

Possibly go to your junk mail box select the required emails and right click then from the menu select mark as not junk mail, (as my screen shot ) once done move to the appropriate mail box. After which any mail from that originator should go to the designated in box.
