Downloading video from a Facebook post?

Can anyone till me how to do this. I have tried many ways posted on google? Does not seem to work on my iMac. Thank you.

You shouldn't need Flash to download a video file.

Just tried using the Downloader site and I got that message. Just ignore and close the Tab.

OK, I found a tab that says 'force download' - it worked. I am so pleased thank you.
