Download iPhone 5 pics to usb memory stick

Hi,
Can you please let me know if it is possible to download iPhone 5 pics to usb drive on Windows Xp PC.
I phone is running 10.3.3.OS version, have been trying to do so but iPhone 5 is recognised on XP but no photos displayed.

Hello,

You should be able to import the photos from the iPhone to your PC. You may need to use the Scanner & Camera Wizard to get the photos to the PC, then copy them to the flash drive.

-How does the PC see the iPhone - in iTunes?
-What version of iTunes is on the PC?
-Were the photos you are trying to copy from the iPhone taken with the iPhone (Camera Roll) camera, or synced from another computer?
