don't know what to do

I tried to view a TV episode online using both Hulu and ABC.com. I got the following messages: "You appear to be outside the United States or its territories. Due to international rights agreements, we only offer this video to viewers located within the U.S......" and
"Based on your IP address, we noticed you are trying to access Hulu through an anonymous proxy tool. Hulu is not currently available outside the U.S. If you're in the U.S., you'll need to disable your anonymizer to access videos on Hulu."

I don't know what to do.... I have viewed TV episodes before, but not lately. Not sure what has happened (or what I've done) since then...

This is the first time I've posted here - hope I'm doing this right...

If you're not at a school or work, restart your router and Mac and try again.
If the problem persists you will need to talk to your ISP.
