DESKTOP OS X MAC

Hi People.
I have a desktop mac that I've stored for 3 years and have been using a macbook air wifi connected to the internet.
Im trying to connect the desktop to the internet but can't seem to find a wifi option to connect. Doesn't the desktop have this option.and if not is there any way for me to connect wirelessly?PERPLEXED

Have you set up the Mac in System Preferences > Network?

yes but theres no option for wifi. is there something i can plug in to give me wifi

itsa X OS Leopard version Think its 2010 model 27in screen

itsgot the same screen saver as at the picture in the top left corner if that helps.
