Cryptic file format

I have a file that is ostensibly RTFD format, but I cannot select it for copying, either in part or as a whole. I also can’t find a way to enlarge the type. What is going on? I can’t understand what this file is! Eleanor

I used the program you suggested and learned that RTFD is a collection of files, and in my case it told me that what I wanted to read is contained in two image files! So, no wonder I can't retrieve it! Thanks. (though I found your message here in its entirety hard to decipher)
