Copying Photos to flash drive

I am copying pictures from Photos to flash drive. Once on the flash drive I want to put them in a certain order. This does not seem possible. Any suggestions.

Sorry I took so long to respond. What I would like to accomplish is to transfer pictures unto a flash drive in the order I have arranged them in on Photos. As it is now, they transfer according to jpg numbers.
