I recently installed a new modem/router from Cox, and since then, my printer is not working. HP Photosmart C6300 series printer was working fine before the new modem. I was able to run a network configuration page as well as a wireless network test report from the printer and it says that there were no problems, and the setup of the wireless printer was successful. The printer is connected to the network. So I think the printer is no longer connected to the computer for some reason, although I don't understand how installing a new modem could affect that. I have tried things from the HP website and used other internet help, but I still can't get it to connect. I need a step by step process to check anything that I could be missing, or what I could have done wrong, and how to fix it.
