Connected to internet but nothing will load - Macbook Pro

Hi, I have a Macbook Pro.

I'm currently connected to the internet, but nothing will load. I'm positive this isn't a router issue, we've checked many times. I'm guessing this is a network configuration problem or something else. I'm not really sure at all, I'm currently using an iPhone hotspot to post this, which sucks.

I've looked around other forums to try to fix this problem but a lot of the posts are 5 or so years old and don't help me at all.


Really need help, if anyone out there can, please help. Would be very appreciated.

-Which model Mac?
-Which version of OS X?
-Which brand/model router?
-Who is your ISP?
-Do other devices connect normally through that router?
-Was it working previously and recently stopped?
