Connect multiple external drives to Airport Extreme

Hi

I have 3 or 4 external hard drives with various bits of data (mostly multimedia) which I want off my workstation. I am planning to buy airport extreme anyway to connect all my computers at home to the same network.

I notice that Airport Extreme only has one USB port. Can I connect a hub to this and add multiple hard drives to it? Would the speed of the wireless network be fine to watch my multimedia across it? I am home user, nothing fancy.

yes you can connect a hub and then connect multiple drives, printers etc to it...

Without knowing what your exact multimedia requirements are...streaming music and movies are generally fine, and you shouldn't have ant problems !
