Not sure if this is the right place, but when I play games at pogo.com, I get the Color Wheel Of Death after about an hour. I have tried iDefrag, Cocktail, and the Activity Monitor says I am only using 4.5% of memory and 17% of the disk (I suppose that is Ram vs ROM, but I can't tell from the app displays). I have tried turning off all the other apps while playing games and that doesn't seem to make any difference.
When I have to turn off the puter manually and start it again, all is fine for another hour. So, what is happening that solves the prob temporarily when I restart the puter manually? I would like to get at whatever is happening there and try to adjust some settings. Is it a cache somewhere? Or is there something better I should do? Is there someplace I can adjust settings to solve this?
