Cleaning Up System Drive : Library, Preferences...

Hello! Is there a safe way to do cleanup my system drive? I noticed that files in the Library/Preferences is growing and is filling up my SSD drive. What is your recommendation?

Look inside the Preference folder to see exactly what is going on because Apple's preferences wouldn't be the issue … the same with App Sppt, exactly what folders are the culprits

Ok. Adobe is taking up the biggest space in Preference and App.Support:

• After effects index files
• Media cache files

After I find this out, what would be the best practice? Is it safe to manually delete them?

what Adobe products are you using besides After Effects?

Try starting After Effects while holding down the Command + Option + Shift keys & see if there is any help in the dialogue box that should appear.
