Changing Download Locations.

i have recently put in a 120GB SSD and a 1TB HDD into my Mid 2010 Macbook Pro running Mountain Lion. The computer boots from the SSD but i want the downloads and most of the programs on the HDD, anyone know how to change the default location of where these download and save to?

Not necessarily downloads from safari. Torrents, App store downloads, and even just saving a word document or photoshop file.

Each App has to set this, while there is the standard Home/Downloads its up to the developer to allow you to change it for their App. There is no "Global" change, that I know of.

For Saving, you use the standard Save navigation and change the location.
