Change desktop icon text colour

How can I change the colour of the icon text on my iMac? I have a light coloured image and can hardly read the folders names.
It is driving me nuts.

Hello,

Unfortunately, you cannot change the color of the text in the Finder. You can either use a darker desktop image, or edit/darken your current one with an image processing application.
