Can't update adobe flash player

Since installing yosemite, I cannot update adobe flash player. i get 97% of the installation complete and the installer freezes. having the same problem updating apps through the app store. anybody know what's up with this?

Hello and welcome.

-Try closing all apps including System Preferences and Safari/browsers before running the installer.
-Uninstall using the Abode Flash Player Install Manager in the Applications > Utility folder, then try the install.
-If that does't work, try repairing disk permissions using Disk Utility, restarting, then trying the install.

Let us know if the issue persists.
