Currently running Mac OS Leopard on Intel Mac (Apple iMac "Core 2 Duo" 2.66 20" (Early 2008))
The other day it asked for my Max Password (not Cloud) and I can't locate it, as this computer has been shelved for a period of time and I cannot remember the password even with the hint!
Most advice has been to boot in terminal mode and resetpassword,
When I do this, I have a Shell> prompt but typing resetpassword just gives an error "resetpassword is not recognised as an internal or external command, operable program, or batch file"
I can type ? to the Shell> and it gives a list of possible commands.
But none of these are of any assistance to me.

Does anybody have some smart ideas as I'm trying to repurpose this for a community group to use with data projector for slideshows etc.
