Cannot open recovered files with Stellar Phoenix on freshly formated drive.

Hello, I have formated by accident my Mac hard drive that had two partitions onto it. I deleted the two partitions to format in one. Now, I have recovered the files with Stellar Phoenix. All the files needed are recovered but none of them will open.

Is there something I should have done that I missed?

Thx for the help, it's crucial I get those files since it is a master at University that I will be missing.
