Cannot log on to Facebook on Iphone 4S

For the past week, I have not been able to sign on to the Facebook app on my Iphone 4S but only at my work office, using 3G no less! Messenger works but is sometimes dodgy as well. I tried holding down both buttons and re-booting the phone....no luck. I tried uninstalling and re-installing the app....no luck. I even tried going through YouTube to post a video on Facebook....no luck. Messenger eventually works but only allows me to chat with someone, not post on Facebook. However, once I get home, everything works fine! Any suggestions?

If you can access with 3G at the office then it sounds like the company IT person and placed security restrictions on the office open network regarding FB.
