Cannot Copy/burn CD/DVD

New MAC user....cannot figure out how to copy a CD/DVD to my computer or how to burn to a disc. I've downloaded to programs and bought one App. Didn't help. Hoping someone can give me some advice

There is no additional Software required.

Insert the Blank CD/DVD drag and drop the files your wish to burn onto the Disk.
Rename the Disk, if required.

File > Burn
or Finder Window Sidebar Burn
or Finder Window Burn Button
or Drag the Disk to the Trash, which will Burn
