Can no longer access main account

I've changed the User ID of my main account (admin) from System Preferences / User & Groups / Advanced Options, then User ID field.

I was logged in to that account when I dit it.
Now I can't access my main account anymore.
I'm logged to the System Administrator account instead.

What can I do?

Unfortunately, that may not be an easy thing to correct, as it isn't a recommended procedure:

Hopefully, you have a recent Time Machine or other backup of your data? I am hesitant to recommend anything, so as not to further prevent access to that user or data.

Did you restart when you made the change? I assume yes.
