SOLVED Calendar not syncing

I have two Microsoft Exchange accounts, both of which sync to my iPad Calendar (iPadOS 18.2.1), but one of them does not sync to my iPhone Calendar (iOS 18.2.1). I have tried all the suggestions offered by a Google search, but noe of them make any difference. A further issue is that neither account syncs to the calendar on my iMac (Sequoia 15.2). This problem is really frustrating, especially as I seem to have completely run out of options. Thanks in advance for any advice that fixes the problem

Afia sent me a list of steps to try, which I got part-way through, then discovered - to my surprise - that neither of the Exchnage accounts were logged-in on my iPhone. While I can't be sure, it looks as thoughthat was the cause of the issue on both my iPhone and my iMac, so I'm happy to mark this thread as solved.
