BJUSBLOAD. from the app cleaner?

I ran the app cleaner when I saw BJUSBLOAD. What does it mean? Should I remove it or keep it?

I entered this in the Terminal :

spctl -vv -a /Library/Extensions/BJUSBLoad.kext

and it returned the following:

/Library/Extensions/BJUSBLoad.kext: rejected (the code is valid but does not seem to be an app)
origin=Developer ID Application: Canon Inc. (XE2XNRRXZ5)


get info also shows Copyright CANON INC. 2004-2014

So it seems legitimate
